The Ontario Bar Association Franchise Law Section is a practice-specific group of professionals tasked with developing opportunities for the study and discussion of the franchising industry and increasing the level of knowledge of franchise law among Ontario lawyers.
Again this year, Andrae will work with other members of the Executive in enhancing the quality and relevance of the OBA Franchise Law Section’s educational programs and publications, and in providing meaningful input into laws affecting franchising in Ontario.
